Lafayette Flats combines the stylish design of a boutique hotel with the local flavor of a vacation rental. Our high standards and luxurious amenities are found in upscale hotels, but we have no front desk to slow you down and you can relax without the daily intrusion of cleaning staff.
Important Note: Traveling up MANY steps with your luggage is required to access each flat. The historic building does not have an elevator.
Rules: Parties, smoking, vaping, and pets/comfort animals are not allowed. Quiet time is from 10 PM until 7 AM; courtesy is required.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of the total booking charges (less the $17.50 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. 50% of the total booking charges (less the $17.50 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date.
