Lafayette Flats Boutique Vacation Rentals: Four modern vacation rentals in one historic building.

The unique lofts are located on the upper two floors of a 100-year-old cut-stone building. The interior of the building has been lovingly renovated with new electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling systems, but retains much of the original architectural detail and charm.

This listing is for Flat #2, Corten. It is located on the second floor. You will travel up one very large art-filled stairwell (23 steps) to reach your beautiful flat. Please note: there is no elevator in this historic building.

Corten can accommodate two adults. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom. All four of our flats are designed for couples.

The small but fully equipped kitchen is stocked with Fiestaware and gourmet coffee service. Relax after an adventurous day in the luxurious tiled shower and then cozy up to the 42" HD LED TV before drifting off to sleep in the queen size bed covered in high-quality linens. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $17.50 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $17.50 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
