Lafayette Flats Boutique Vacation Rentals: Four modern vacation rentals in one historic building.

The unique lofts are located on the upper two floors of a 100 year old cut-stone building. The interior of the building has been lovingly renovated with new electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling systems, but retains much of the original architectural detail and charm.

Flat #3, Quinnimont is located on the third floor. You will travel up two large art-filled stairwells (42 steps) to reach your beautiful flat. Please note: there is no elevator in this historic building.

Enjoy a long soak in the fabulous tub or a refreshing shower under the raindrop showerhead. You will find William Roam toiletries for your convenience. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $17.50 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $17.50 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
